O.K. After much research I figured it out...we're both right. All indications are that the song was co-written by the singer from Babylon A.D. and the Producer of the Baton Rouge album "Lights out on the Playground" and the song does in fact appear on both albums by both bands a whopping two years apart.Why Baton Rouge's version stuck in my head is anyones guess.I'm just glad to know my memory isn't fading quite yet.lol
